About My ImprovCoach
A pocket-sized scene partner. Built so you spend less time picking and more time playing.
Meet Lucas

Hi, I'm Lucas Vieira — also known as Lucas the Second. I'm a software engineer originally from São Paulo, living in the Netherlands since 2021. I take improv classes at Boom Chicago in Amsterdam, and I'm wildly passionate about this art form.
I built My ImprovCoach because I want more people — especially students and beginners — to keep practicing, solo or with their group. The more reps, the more joy.

What you can do
- • Run a session for short-form, long-form, or solo practice.
- • Tap big buttons for locations, professions, relationships, objects, emotions and first lines.
- • Get a scene initiation: a first line, an opening image, or a coach's heightening note.
- • Run group warm-ups in 10, 20, or 45 minutes — guided, with built-in timers.
- • Use voice mode to ask for prompts hands-free while you record yourself.
- • Save the gold to revisit later. Stored on your device.
How the app works
Wizard mode
Three taps and you're in the right session for your form, group size and goal.
Big buttons
Tap once for a fresh prompt. Tap again for another. Long-press to save the gold.
Voice mode
Say 'give me a location' while you act. The app whispers the answer back.
Voice mode tips
- • "Give me a location" / "object" / "profession" / "relationship" / "emotion" / "first line"
- • "Scene" — gets you a random scene initiation
- • "Another" — same category, fresh prompt
- • "Two minute timer" — starts a timer
- • "Stop" — turns off the mic
Voice mode uses your browser's built-in speech recognition. Best on Chrome (Android, desktop) and Safari (iOS, macOS).
Coming later
AI-generated combo prompts (a one-armed dentist in a sinking submarine), cross-device sync, custom prompt packs and shareable sessions for troupes.
